As Traskpro’s user base grows the question of monetization has arisen. In the past we have had great success with AdSense and are experimenting with it here in order to keep Traskpro a free service forever.
AdSense is added on a per-user basis with all new users having AdSense advertisements turned on. Valued members of the Traskpro community will have opportunities to have ads removed from their account. To have ads removed from your account send us an email with feedback – any users sending in usable feedback or who otherwise help to make Traskpro better will also have the advertisements immediately and permanently removed.
On the topic of making Traskpro better we are seeking a Graphic Designer or other UI specialist for an upcoming user interface redesign code named ‘aeron’. Send us email if you or someone you know might be interested in helping out. Stay tuned for more details.
A quick note – Traskpro values your privacy and has taken special measures to keep your task data safe and private. A system has been developed to allow the AdSense crawler to see aggregate tag information to allow for targeting while not providing user-specific data or personal information to 3rd parties.
